On my way to a new me!

So I joined weight watchers yesterday. yes i actually did it. it seems to be going well except in the afternoon i'm way hungry. But I'm thinking once my stomach gets to down to what it should be that hunger will go away. My goal is to lose 18 pounds. Then I will set my ultimate weight goal. I'm excited about it and I'm proud of myself. I've also been walking a mile a day too. So.... we'll see how it goes. I'm really serious about losing this weight and Corey is supporting me. Plus he likes the fact that the pepsi won't be gone so quickly as i've moved over to diet pop. So... yup that's whats happening. I really wish someone would let me know if they are reading this....

Thats great you're doing that. I am doing something similar on my blog right now- talking about weight loss and exercise and stuff.

The hunger doesn't last too long! Our bodies thankfully adjust to things quickly..ish! I eat 6 small meals a day so that there isn't so much time in between. Are you snacking at all? Supposedly that not only keeps you not starving but also keeps your metabolism going. A trainer I knew once explained our metabolisms like a fire that you have to keep adding wood to to keep it going.

The walking a mile a day is great as well! You'll definetly lose weight this week with all these changes!

Congrats! I am glad Corey is supporting you too. Thats HUGE!
