So......... I'm over the whole .6 pounds, well not really but I know I don't exercise as much as I should be and that makes a lot of difference but my excuse is, I work 60 hours a week, 8 am to 10 pm most nights so when i come home, I want to sleep. But soon that will be changing I hope and I will have access to a gym and better stuff. But, this weekend I've been working at Old Navy. Man do people just annoy the crap out of me at times. I just want to strangle them.... But I was able to enjoy a wonderful portebella chicken sandwhich from Applebees, only 6 points! It came with fruit and I got a side salad too. It was yummy, I will definately be having this again. I hope everyone is well. My friend Adri got married yesterday. I'm sad I didn't plan my Oregon visit around this so I could've went. It didn't even dawn on me. I am sure she made a beautiful bride.

Hey Kim.. yeah that time between 11:30 and 6:00 is a LONG time to go without eating!
Remember too that its only your first week! It takes time to figure out what works for you.
I can totally understand being too tired to work out... Its the LAST thing I want to do after work. Are you a morning person? You could try it before work?
Adri's wedding was great this weekend! I'll put some pictures up on myspace soon!
