Okay, well I decided it's time for a quick update on what's going on in the Cook household.
First thing first, I got a new job with Verizon wireless starting June 30th. Working two jobs has been killing me and it sucks not seeing my husband AT ALL. We live in a great new place and I'm never here because I am always at work it seems. So I decided to apply where Corey works and I got the job, no problem. So I'll be making more plus getting a guarenteed 40 hours a week. Plus there is usually overtime if we feel like bringing in some more moolah.
Corey's grandma is having surgery this week on one of her arteries to her heart that is clogged. It actually caused her to have a stroke in May and we are just hoping and praying that things will turn out okay. For me I can't do anything but have high and encouraging spirits and be supportive to Corey during this time. I know he is so nervous eventhough he doesn't say it, but I know that also this situation is in God's hands.
That is really the two big things right now. I really need to get some new pictures of us but we really don't go anywhere. Next weekend we are going to Charlotte and the weekend after that we are going to visit our family in NC for the fourth so I'll make sure to take lots of pictures and put it up. I hope everyone is well and I miss and love you all!

Kim! I just read some of your blogs, and it sounds like things are going well for you guys for the most! I'm sorry you had a crappy birthday though! But you're new place looks amazing! I looked at the website! Congrats on the weight loss! Thats awesome! How is weight watchers? I've thought about joingin them? I'm so proud of you for all you've accomplished! Keep up all your hard work! Best to Corey and his family! I hope things work out for the best with his Grandma!!
