Update

Okay, well I decided it's time for a quick update on what's going on in the Cook household.

First thing first, I got a new job with Verizon wireless starting June 30th. Working two jobs has been killing me and it sucks not seeing my husband AT ALL. We live in a great new place and I'm never here because I am always at work it seems. So I decided to apply where Corey works and I got the job, no problem. So I'll be making more plus getting a guarenteed 40 hours a week. Plus there is usually overtime if we feel like bringing in some more moolah.

Corey's grandma is having surgery this week on one of her arteries to her heart that is clogged. It actually caused her to have a stroke in May and we are just hoping and praying that things will turn out okay. For me I can't do anything but have high and encouraging spirits and be supportive to Corey during this time. I know he is so nervous eventhough he doesn't say it, but I know that also this situation is in God's hands.

That is really the two big things right now. I really need to get some new pictures of us but we really don't go anywhere. Next weekend we are going to Charlotte and the weekend after that we are going to visit our family in NC for the fourth so I'll make sure to take lots of pictures and put it up. I hope everyone is well and I miss and love you all!

The Reasons Why This Had To Have Been the CRAPPIEST Birthday EVER:

1. My friend got fired from the bank, not only was she fired, but the way they did it was crappy (that was ON my birthday)
2. The bank was just crappy period on Friday, I didn't get any sold referals meaning I have to do my managers call on Wednesday or Tuesday or whatever.
3. My husbands family was in town to bring us some furniture (that will be mentioned again later) and we went out to dinner for my birthday last night. I accidently spilt Corey's beer in his step dads lap and food and he pouted and threw a fit like a baby...
4. The place I wanted to go out to eat for my birthday we couldn't go to because it didn't serve steak. Hmmmmmmm who's birthday was it...
5. My fish is almost dead.
6. The washing machine that was given to us decided it didn't want to work and at 6:30 tonight when we were doing a load of laundry I went into the kitchen to find an inch of water on the floor.... that was the topping of the whole weekend.
7. I didn't get to see my own family.

Well those are my reasons they were crappy....

Maybe when I get into a better mood I'll post some good things that happend... but for now I"m getting ready for bed. Corey has to be at work at 6:00 am. Yes you read that correctly..

New Home

Well we've moved, well almost, I still have things to finish at the old place but for the most part we are here, in a our new home and I love it. Before we moved in we saw a model but we knew it was a smaller version of what we were going to be getting. Plus we were told that we would be on the second floor, we got over that. Well Saturday came we loaded up the uhaul and drove over to get the keys. The first thing we realized is that we were on the first floor, this made us, and those helping us move, happy. Then I realized, when opening the door, that I had a bay window in my dining room. Most of you don't know, but I like bay windows, don't ask me why, I always have. So Corey and I looked around the place, and I was seriously jumping up and down, I was (and still am) so happy. So, people, if you need a place to stay we have an extra room, with an extra full bathroom for visitors. Seriously, we are like 20 minutes from the beach. So, people need to come and visit. I love this place. Then today, Corey took me to get my birthday present. A power drill, yes I wanted it. I already put up a picture with it. The only bad thing about this weekend is our entertainment center got dropped off the uhaul and broke into pieces. WE had to get another one. We also were able to find a table at the goodwill for 37 dollars. It's a nice one, it can fit 6 people and looks great with the bay window!!!

Oh and about my diet, yeah it's been shot thanks to moving. Once this moving is done, it's back to the grind.
